WORLD AIDS DAY – 01/12/2011
Chipping in for World AIDS Day Thank you! We asked you to support our drive during the month of November: Play on Avalon and Adventure Palace and we will give 25% of all profits to an AIDS charity on World AIDS Day. Our players from around the globe united in a full-fledged effort to chip in for World AIDS Day. Your contributions in the form of wagers have all added up and we were delighted to make a donation of $20,000 to the Topsy Foundation. The charity drive for World AIDS Day was a success and AIDS orphans and HIV/AIDS victims will benefit greatly from your contributions. Topsy.org.za was conceived in 1987 and founded only three years later, in 2000. This charity organization is dedicated in raising awareness of the pandemic and providing relief to victims whose lives have been severely affected by HIV/AIDS. They believe in empowering people through medical care, social support and skills development, raising awareness and educating people from rural communities. By answering our call, you have helped us collect funds in order to make a generous contribution of $20,000 to society. You chipped in and now we can all make a difference.
