Step 1: Log in to your casino account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Banking Page in the lobby.
Step 3: Hover over the POLi™ logo and click on the “Deposit” button.
Step 4: Select your desired deposit amount and click the “Next” button.
Step 5: Your deposit amount will be displayed. Click the “Confirm” button to continue.
Step 6: The POLi™ domain window will pop up. Click the “Proceed” button to continue.
Step 7: Select your bank from the available drop-down menu, click the box below to accept the POLi™ license agreement, and click on the “Launch POLi™” button to continue.
Step 8: If you are a first-time POLi™ user, you will automatically be guided to the installation of the POLi™ Browser. This only has to be done once. Click the “Run POLi™” button in the dialogue box to install the POLi™ browser.
Step 9: Once the POLi™ Browser has been installed on to your computer, click again on the “Run POLi™” button.
Step 10: The POLi™ Browser will now open a window to the internet banking site of your chosen bank.
Step 11: The POLi™ Helper Menu at the top of your screen will direct you in logging in to your internet banking facility and completing the transaction process.
Step 12: Log in and enter your banking details in the relevant fields.
Step 13: On your Payment Setup page, POLi™ automatically fills in your merchant’s banking details, the transaction amount and the unique reference tracking number.
Step 14: Select the account that you wish to pay from, from the drop-down menu, and click the “Proceed” button.
Step 15: Review your payment details, and click the “Confirm” button to complete the transaction.
Step 16: Print out your receipt if so desired, and log out from your online banking account.
Step 17: You will automatically be transferred back to your merchant site. It’s that easy!
